100 percent voter turnout at Jhapa District Prison polling station

The voter list included 107 names, and all ballots were cast accordingly.

KATHMANDU, March 5: At the temporary polling station inside Jhapa District Prison, all registered inmates have cast their votes for the House of Representatives (HoR) election.



According to Chief Officer Rewant Bhattarai, 107 prisoners—101 men and 6 women—voted.

The voter list included 107 names, and all ballots were cast accordingly. Bhattarai also confirmed that the ballot box has been sealed.
