Water supply cut in Triyuga

UDAYAPUR, Dec 3: Water supply from Triyuga Small Town Drinking Water Project has been cut on Thursday after a group of young fishermen poisoned the local Baruwa river to kill fish.



The supply was stopped after the source was poisoned at 2 pm, the president of the Consumers´ Committee Shankar Basnet said.



Over 1,250 households of Ward No 1, 2, 3 and 17 of Triyuga Municipality will be affected by the disruption in water supply.
