UML calls standing committee meet for Wednesday

KATHMANDU, Feb. 19: The CPN-UML has summoned a meeting of its standing committee for 2:00 pm on Wednesday after some leaders including senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal expressed concern over the agreement reached among the big four political forces regarding the election government.



Talking to the National News Agency (RSS), Chief of the publicity department of the party, Pradip Gyawali said the standing committee meeting has been called as some senior leaders of the party have expressed doubt over the decision made by party leadership to hold elections to the constituent assembly in coming June by forming election government under the leadership of the Chief Justice.
