"We have decided to support any prime ministerial candidate who will forge understanding for a national consensus government," Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar, Chairman of Madhesi People´s Rights Forum-Democratic (MPRF-D), told reporters after a meeting at Singha Durbar. [break]
Asked if the UDMF would file candidacy for prime ministerial post, Gachchhadar said, "If major three parties failed to forge consensus for such government, we would file candidacy for the post."
The leaders have also decided to take initiations for formation of a national consensus government.
