During the meeting on Tuesday, leaders of the Seti-Mahakali, Tharuwan, Magarat and Tamuwan State Committees presented separate reports on party´s position in 82 different election constituencies. [break]
Party spokesperson Agni Prasad Sapkota said that the central committee members presented their reports of the one-month-long election campaign conducted since July 15.
Sapkota said most of the central committee members, in their reports, have said that party could achieve success in the upcoming Constituent Assembly (CA) election if people´s grievances were managed positively.
Likewise, Magarat State Committee Coordinator of the party Lokendra Bistamagar said that election fever has gripped the people gradually due to the election campaign and the people still have faith on the UCPN (Maoist) and there was not even slight effect of the party split.
