A child, believed to be 10-year-old, and a woman, in her early 30s of Biruwatar of Kumari VDC, died in the accident.
The accident took place when the mini bus (Ba 2 Kha 2304) heading towards Kathmandu from Jeevanpur of Dhading skidded off the road and fell 250 meters down.
The mother of the deceased child was injured seriously and is being treated in Kathmandu.
According to a local, Bikram Bhetwal, eight passengers were traveling on the mini bus. The bus driver has been absconding.
