Total lunar eclipse Saturday

KATHMANDU, Dec 7: A total lunar eclipse is taking place on Saturday, December 10.



The lunar eclipse will begin from 6:30 p.m. local time. The eclipse will start from the Arabian sea and conclude in Mexico in North America via the Pacific Ocean at 10:30 p.m., according to the BP Koirala Memorial Planetarium and Observatory and Science Museum Development Committee.[break]



The total lunar eclipse shall last for around 53 minutes with 8:17 p.m. as the middle point of the eclipse, according to a statement released by the committee.



The lunar eclipse can be observed from all parts of Nepal. It can be observed without the help of any instrument as it has been proved to have no impact on humans.



The next lunar eclipse would take place on Jestha 22, 2069 B.S.
