The government amended the Regulation under which every teacher should take up special responsibility to make all teachers of the school responsible to teaching- learning process. [break]
Teachers are seen thronging the Education Office to demand special responsibility since the amended regulation has made a provision that only the teachers taking up special responsibility will be entitled to get additional mark for promotion.
Now teachers are approaching the Education Office demanding special responsibility being conscious to their promotion, said acting education officer of Morang, Upendra Dahal.
There are more than 90 per cent trained teachers in community schools. But the complaint was heard everywhere that curricular activities of the school have not been up to the mark due to irresponsibility on the part of school management committee and teachers.
