Taskforce to prepare report on Monday

KATHMANDU, April 11: The taskforce formed by the UCPN (Maoist) and CPN (UML) is likely to complete its tasks by Monday evening.



The two coalition partners on Sunday had formed the taskforce to draft the common minimum program (CMP) of the government, code of conduct for the ministers and terms of reference of the proposed high-level political mechanism within maximum of two days. [break]



Member of the taskforce and UCPN (Maoist) leader Dev Prasad Gurung said final touch to the report will be given till tomorrow once the top leaders of the both parties hold discussions in its content.



Maoist vice chairman Narayan Kaji Shrestha, leaders Posta Bahadur Bogati, Dinanath Sharma and Gurung represent the Maoist party while Bharat Mohan Adhiarki, Bhim Rawal, Surendra Pandey and Bhim Acharya are from the UML side in the eight-member taskforce.
