The event will be held on Saturday, September 14 on the football ground in Jawalakhel.
The food stalls at the festival will cater to different taste buds, and will host national and international delicacies, giving students an opportunity to challenge their theoretical knowledge. [break]
Participating in the food festival will be various hotel management colleges and restaurants in the Valley.
Another attraction in the event will be a cultural show.
The objective of the festival is to popularize the various delicacies from different parts of Nepal and hence to provide support to the country’s domestic and international tourism, according to the press release issued by Ritz College.
