Statute process in cold storage: Acharya

KATHMANDU, Nov 14: Nilambar Acharya, chairman of the Constitutional Committee in the Constituent Assembly (CA), has said that the constitution writing process is not getting momentum due mainly to confrontational relationship among the political parties.

He urged the political parties to initiate dialogue on the constitution writing process, its contents and fundamental principles and to improve relationship among the parties.
