POKHARA, Oct 31: Speaker Subash Nembang on Saturday urged all political parties to facilitate resumption of House proceedings. He also urged political parties not to invite confrontation and instead resolve differences through dialogues.

“The obstruction of the House has prevented people´s voice from being heard in parliament,” said Nembang. Expressing concern about the souring relations among political parties, Speaker Nembang said there was no alternative to consensus.

“The country will face a serious financial crisis if the House fails to pass the budget soon,” he said. Nembang, however, said that he was not in favor of passing the budget from outside the House.
