Siddhartha highway reopens after 42 hours

KATHMANDU, Feb 13: The Siddhartha highway reopened Friday after 42 hours of traffic disruption, Sagarmatha Television reported. The highway reopened after authorities agreed to provide scholarships to the children of an individual killed in a road traffic accident along the highway.
