Nepal Wool House at Bhotahiti, a well-known store for woolen wears, has introduced wide range of winter collections from a new Indian brand named Volga. It has also introduced coats, kurti, sweaters and cardigans from Volga available in the range of Rs 2,000 to Rs 4,000.[break]
The store has also introduced new range of winter wears from Monte Carlo priced between Rs 2,000 and Rs 4,000. The store also has imported wide range of winter apparels like kurti, sweaters and blouse, among others, from a Chinese brand named Santa Barbara. The apparels, available in the range of Rs 800 to Rs 2,000, are targeted at middle class customers.
“We have introduced new brands and wide variety of designs this year so that customers can enjoy fashionable winter wears,” said Gyanendra Ratna Tuladhar, proprietor of Nepal Wool House.
Sphinx, a store at the City Center which deals in branded apparels, has also introduced new range of leather jackets and cardigans for ladies, jackets and sweaters for gents and boots for ladies and gents.
According to Lakshman Shrestha, one of the proprietors of Sphinx, leather jackets for ladies range from Rs 5,000 to Rs 7,000, boots from Rs 3,000 to Rs 4,600 and cardigans from Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,500. Likewise, boots for gents´ are available between Rs 8,000 and Rs 13,000, jackets between Rs 2,000 and Rs 8,000 and sweaters between Rs 2,000 and Rs 3,500.
Richarm--the authorized importer of Rodimood, one of Turkey´s leading apparel brands, has also introduced new collection which includes sweaters, cardigans, turtlenecks, coats, sweatshirts and shirts for men and blouses for women and is available at its showroom at City Center.
“We have launched new collection in dark and moody shades that are warmly appropriate for the season having seen a very good response to our earlier collections from the brand-conscious shoppers in Nepal,” said Akhil Kumar Chapagain, chairman of Richarm.
Mediterranean Link Holdings--the importer of premium Turkish formal wear and smart--casual menswear brand Suvari has also introduced a fresh new range of shirts, pants, all-purpose suits, cardigans, sweaters and sweatshirts.
The new collection which is available at Suvari´s showroom located in United World Trade Center has suits ranging from Rs 16,500 to Rs 22,500, shirts from Rs 2,000 to Rs 2,500 and pants from Rs 3,550 to Rs 4,790 and sweaters and cardigans ranging from Rs 4,190 to Rs 5,890.
“Suvari´s suits and formal wears became popular in a very short period mainly due to high quality fabric, fitting and superior finishing of our products,” said Namraj Giri, retail manager at Suvari.
