The international notorious criminal Sobhraj has been charged of two separate crimes in Nepal. The SC took up his fake passport case for further hearing asking the government to be present before the court.
The Kathmandu District Court, some four years ago, had sentenced Sobhraj to life imprisonment and confiscation of all his property for his involvement in the murder of a foreigner in Nepal.
