Revolvers defeated Public Youth Campus (PYC) 78-49 in the first match on Sunday. Despite Shailesh´s highest score of 31 points for PYC, Revolvers dominated all the quarters of the match 25-14, 15-11, 21-10 and 17-14. With the victory, Revolvers advanced into the quarterfinals of the tournament while PYC crashed out from the league round after two defeats.
White Field struggled past Samakhushi Youth Club 50-45 in the second match. Although White Field performed well in the first two quarters 10-3 and 14-10, Samakhushi made a comeback in the third quarter with 18-10 points. White Field edged their opponents 16-14 in the last quarter. Manish Lama of White Field was the highest scorer with 13 points. Both the teams have qualified for the quarterfinals.

Meanwhile, Pentagon frustrated the hosts 90-15 in another match. The match between Baylor Boys and Unique was postponed for Monday due to some technical problem. Likewise, the match between Xavier International and Trinity was called off by the referee in the second quarter accusing the players of lacking sportsmanship.
Both the teams showed lackluster performance because the winners would have to face strong opponents Golden Gate in the semifinals. A meeting of the referees declared Xavier International as the winners based on the performances of their earlier matches.
The defending champions Golden Gate will take on Samakhushi during the first quarterfinal match on Monday at the same venue while Revolvers will face White Field in the second match.
