Police nabbed Govinda BK of Bindhyabasini VDC-3 for ´raping´ a third grade schoolgirl on the evening of April 10, sub-inspector Ishwori Prasad Tiwari of the Dailekh district police office said.
BK was arrested from his own home after the victim’s mother complained over the phone with the police about the incident.
An investigation into the case is underway.
