According to a press statement issued by personal press secretary of the finance minister, project officials told Minister Pun that they eed additional Rs 1.25 billion in the current fiscal year to achieve the set target.
Pun assured project officials that the finance ministry would make sure that the project is not affected due to budget crunch, said the statement.
Finance secretary Shant Raj Subedi accompanied Minister Pun for the inspection, according to the statement.
