Nepal said this during his meeting with President Dr Ram Baran Yadav at the latter´s office at Shital Niwas Monday afternoon.
"Such a solution will be politically and legally acceptable to all," said prime minister´s principal advisor Raghuji Pant quoting the prime minister as saying during the meeting with the president.
During the meeting, the president sought the prime minister´s advice on the next step that he should take in the aftermath of the Supreme Court verdict nullyfying Jha´s oath in Hindi language, according to the president´s press advisor Rajendra Dahal.
Dahal said that the president suggested to the the prime minister to settle the problem relating to the oath as soon as possible. In response, the prime minister assured Yadav of early solution to the problem.
Dahal said that the President´s Office is in confusion over what should be done regarding the court verdict that it received last week through the Office of the Attorney General.
Meanwhile, Jha consulted a dozen lawyers on Monday in his bid to know their views on what he should do against the backdrop of the Supreme Court decision, said advocate Mithilesh Kumar Singh, one of Jha´s lawyers. Singh said that Jha would decide his future move only after the Supreme Court hearing on August 11 when the court is going to decide whether Jha should be stopped from going office until he takes a fresh oath.
In the meantime, the Supreme Court on Monday issued a show cause notice to Jha over his refusal to respect its July 24 order that nullified his oath. Earlier on Sunday, the court had sought reply from Jha over his continuing the office even after the nullification of his oath.
