“I have seen the possibility of president becoming active if the budget is not passed by mid-November,” he said. “The country can not run without budget.”
He said the government will be left with no other alternative than to ask the president to resolve the constitutional deadlock. “We have been asking the parties to either form a new government or allow us to table the budget,” he said. “The government is preparing to unveil budget in the last week of October.
