KATHMANDU, Sept 14: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav is to introduce the new constitution on September 20, 5 pm amid a program at the Constituent Assembly hall, said Deputy Spokesperson of CA Secretariat Sudharshan Kuikel on Monday.
CA Chairman Subas Nembang is slated to visit President Yadav later today at 7 pm. He will then formally invite the state head to new constitution unveiling ceremony.
