KATHMANDU, Jan 10: Nepal Police has formed a panel to probe irregularities at two petrol pumps operated by the police.

The three-member panel led by DIG Upendra Kanta Aryal was formed on Sunday to probe into ´financial irregularities´ at the petrol pumps at Naxal (Kathmandu) and Pathlaiya (Bara) and submit the report within 15 days, said Nepal Police spokesman DIG Bigyan Raj Sharma.

"We have not been able to estimate the irregularities. That is why the panel was formed," Sharma said.
