KATHMANDU, Aug 7: Nepali Congress (NC) continued disrupting parliamentary proceedings on Sunday despite Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal’s written clarification on five-point deal.

During a meeting of NC, UCPN (Maoist), CPN-UML and Madhesi parties held to discuss the PM’s reply, NC termed the reply unsatisfactory and refused to withdraw the protest.

“The reply is vague,” NC parliamentary party leader Ram Chandra Poudel said.
