KATHMANDU, April 11: Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai is to address the nation from his office Singha Durbar at 6:15 pm on Thursday.

"His address will focus on the peace process and constitution writing," said Bishwadeep Pandey, the prime minister´s personal secretary.
