“You should keep your morale high and show your skill and good attitude,” Nepal added stating that the government is working on a plan to support medal winners.
He also asked NSC officials to submit in writing what they expected of the government. The officials immediately wrote it down on a sheet of paper and handed it over to the prime minister. “We will judge your performance after the SAG,” PM Nepal said, reading the paper.
Minister for Youth and Sports Ganesh Tiwari Nepali and NSC officials also expressed their best wishes to all the participants.

NSC has recently announced cash prizes of Rs 300,000, Rs 200,000 and Rs 100,000 to the gold, silver and bronze medalists respectively in individual games. The team-game players will bag Rs 100,000, Rs 50,000 and Rs 25,000 each for the gold, silver and bronze medals respectively.
Two hundred and eighty three Nepali players will be participating in the SAG.
