Prime Minister Bhattarai recalled that female teachers had given him early education and a female teacher was also a guide while doing PhD. and added that he is able to reach what he is today due to the support of the female teachers.

He assured that he will manage budget for the construction of a building of the campus in the next budget though a full-fledged budget could not be brought due to the transitional period.

Talking about the country´s politics, Bhattarai said a situation has come to run the government with his hands tied.
