PM Balen forms secretariat

He has appointed Kumar Byanjankar (Ben) as his chief advisor, while Asim Shah has been given the responsibility of political advisor.

KATHMANDU, March 28: Prime Minister Balendra Shah (Balen) has formed his secretariat, appointing key advisors and officials to crucial roles.



He has appointed Kumar Byanjankar (Ben) as his chief advisor, while Asim Shah has been given the responsibility of political advisor.

Subas Sharma has been appointed as the Prime Minister’s chief personal secretary. Similarly, Sudeep Dhakal will serve as the head of administration, while Bibesh Mishra has been assigned as the information and technology coordinator.


Prime Minister Balen has also entrusted Joint Secretary Pradeep Pariyar with responsibilities in the private secretariat.
