Over 10.7 million PR votes counted, RSP secures over 5.13 million

The Nepali Congress has obtained 1,747,737 votes, followed by the CPN-UML with 1,448,318 votes. The Nepal Communist Party has received 803,627 votes.

KATHMANDU, March 11: A total of 10,730,551 votes have been counted so far under the proportional representation (PR) electoral system, according to the Election Commission.



Among the parties, the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has secured the highest number of votes, receiving 5,135,621 votes.

The Nepali Congress has obtained 1,747,737 votes, followed by the CPN-UML with 1,448,318 votes. The Nepal Communist Party has received 803,627 votes.


Similarly, the Shram Sanskriti Party has secured 378,587 votes, while the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has obtained 329,457 votes.


The Janata Samajbadi Party Nepal has received 174,306 votes, the Rastriya Parivartan Party 171,497 votes, and the Janamat Party 78,949 votes so far.
