NT starts int'l toll free service

KATHMANDU, July 16: Nepal Telecom (NT) in association with its international carrier partners has launched International Toll Free Service (IFTS). NT subscribers of GSM, CDMA and fixed line can use this service free of cost, a press statement of NT said on Monday, adding, "Customers will have to dial the access code 1800 for the service.



” Multinational companies subscribe to toll free numbers to make their services and products easily available for international customers. Customers will be benefited through this service as they can directly call any hotels, airlines, insurance companies, business house having such numbers for free,” the statement added.



 Besides, NT is also offering Advanced Free Phone Service (AFPS) providing free call access throughout the country. More than 250 business houses, bank, airlines, hospital, media house and others are using AFPS, according to NT.
