No demand for division of votes: Maoists

KATHMANDU, Nov 24: The Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) will not demand for ‘division of votes’ while the Parliament endorses the Appropriation Bill on Tuesday.



“We will not demand for the division of votes while the bill is endorsed,” Maoist vice-chair Narayankaji Shrestha told myrepublica adding that the party will only have ‘nominal presence’ during the endorsement.



Meanwhile, the ministers have started replying to the queries on budget at the parliament. Twenty-six ministers and Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal will answer the queries on Tuesday. PM Nepal is scheduled to address at 4 p.m.
