New police beat at Hattigaunda

KATHMANDU, Dec 17: A new police beat was established at Mahankall VDC-4, Hattigaunda Monday as per the demands of the local people and Kathmandu District Security Committee. Chief District Officer of Kathmandu Chudamani Sharma inaugurated the beat, according to DSP Dhiraj Pratap Singh. Seven police officers will be deployed at the beat which is expected to provide security to one thousand homes in Galfutaar, Italitar, Tallo Bhangal and Khadga Bhadrakali areas.
