Sagar Pun took three wickets for Nepal while Krishna Karki, Rochak Bhatta and Bhuwan Karki grabbed a wicket each.
Nepal completed the victory in 31 overs with major contribution coming from Nischal Chaudhary, who made 38, Sagar (23) and captain Prithu Baskota (18). Pradeep Airee made 15.
In the other matches of the day, UAE defeated Kuwait by 100 runs while Malaysia beat Bahrain by 57 runs.
UAE made 205 runs in 39.4 overs and then bundled Kuwait out for 105 in 34.2 overs.
Malaysia made 185 for the loss of nine wickets in 40 overs. Chasing a target of 186, Bahrain was all out for 128 in 33.4 overs.
