NC to vote against Maoist proposal

KATHMANDU, Dec 18: Nepali Congress (NC) issued a whip to its Constituent Assembly lawmakers to vote against the UCPN (Maoist) proposal in the upcoming special session of parliament.

A meeting of NC Parliamentary Party (PP) held at its PP office in Singhadurbar on Saturday took the decision to this effect. [break]

The meeting also asked the government to roll back recent hike in fuel prices.
