He further said consensus or referendum would be an alternative to give outlet to current crises facing by the country.
Another central member Babauram Rana said there is still deficit of discipline, ideology and ideals within the party and urged the young generation to promote party ideals.
Ex-lawmaker Surya Prasad Pradhan said democracy is the only alternative to democracy stressing that the Congress should be made a tower of democracy.
