NC cadres begins hunger strike in Kaski

POKHARA, Sept 22: Some disgruntled cadres of the Nepali Congress (NC), Kaski, started hunger strike demanding the withdrawal of the decision of dissolving the sister organizations made by the NC central committee.



Nine NC leaders and cadres have started the hunger strike from Wednesday against the party decision to withdraw the dissolution of the Nepal Tarun Dal, Nepal Women’s Association, Nepal Adibasi Sangh and the Prajatantrik Senani Sangh.



They have demanded to fix the date for general convention and institutionalize rule of law in the organizations.



Arjun Bhari, Narayan Hari Tiwari, Ash Bahadur Gurung, Anandi Rana, Kamala Baral, Lachhu Kumar Gurung, Padam Bastakoti and Milan Prasad Tiwari have started the hunger strike.
