It said its attention had been drawn towards the news of misbehavior from the Mustang Transport Entrepreneurs Association to German and Japanese tourists going on a trekking of the Jomsom area last week.[break]
Although there is no arrangement for syndicate by the entrepreneurs, they compelled them to ride their vehicles by misbehaving with the tourists by puncturing the tires and forcing the tourists to disembark half way as they were in tourist or private vehicles.
This has made a mockery of Nepal’s tourism industry in disrespect of the tourists who come to Nepal and has tarnished Nepal’s tourism image, said NATTA.
