KATHMAND, April 18 : Altogether 110 judo players from 23 teams are participating in the Sixth Ambika Memorial Nationwide Junior and Cadet Judo Championship to take place on Saturday.

The tournament organized by Nepal Judo Association (NJA) will feature various teams from districts, orphanages and schools from across the country.
The tournament featuring 67 players in men and 43 in women has 16 categories.
According to NJA, the tournament will also serve as a platform for players' selection for the upcoming international judo championship. Of the total estimated cost of Rs 325,000, Rs 175,000 is being sponsored by late Ambika's family.
