Hundreds of vehicles were left stranded for hours as the Maoist set-up a stage in the middle of the road to organize a function as a part of their National Awareness and Exposure Campaign. The Maoist cadres have also expedited distribution of anti-India pamphlets and wall paintings at village level.
Addressing the function organized on the road, Maoist central member Ishwari Bhattarai said they aim to raise awareness among people against Indian intervention in Nepali politics and encroachment of Nepali territory.
