Now the question, "Who am I?" broadens intricately to, "Who am I supposed to be?"[break]
In this multi-character schizophrenic world, we always pretend to be like others (some cheesy, flashy and superficial reflection) and forget to be ourselves.
We think we’ve already answered the question by deceiving ourselves. In the chaos of the outer world, we´re rolling our inner world and shrinking from the truth.
Day by day, we´re getting more involved in getting to know others, forgetting about ourselves. The most common miseries in life starts to follow making life more complicated than it actually is.
The willingness of true understanding of thyself is the first and foremost step of the self-seeking process. It´s not the destination that is so beautiful but the journey itself.
The journey of life to seek and find oneself lost in the crowd. When we begin to submerge in the depth of our inner-self, we are taken back by our own hidden beauty.
The untapped talent inside us, the unvoiced thoughts, the unstained dreams and the undiscovered land inside us, all start to make sense unmistakably. It is then that the question "Who am I not supposed to be?" reverts to the much simpler,"Who am I supposed to be?".
The truth transcends the reality when we start to realize how ignorant we were about our true self. Knowing thyself manifests the difference between the real world inside us and the unreal world outside us.
Self acknowledgement reflects the image of true identity when the journey towards self reveals hidden in us. Even though the answer to “Who am I?” might not be answerable still, "Creating thyself" might help you know yourself.
