Speaking in a party cadres' gathering here in the district on Sunday, leader Khanal said that all-party unity was essential for the implementation of the constitution as it was issued after a long struggle.
Economic revolution has begun from the eastern district Ilam and it should reach across the country, Khanal added.
On the occasion, leader Khanal has visited different developmental sites which are under construction. RSS
