“There is no point in being mute spectators when our party cadres are being killed,” he said, adding, “Nepali Congress should move ahead by forming its youth squad.”
He, however, said that the NC would not make such a move if the Maoists and the UML dissolved their militant youth wings. He said that NC cannot cooperate with the Maoists unless the latter renounces violence and returns the properties seized during the conflict to its rightful owners.
