Internal party dispute in NC will be settled soon: Koirala

DAMAULI, Oct 23: President of the Nepali Congress (NC) Sushil Koirala said that the internal party dispute in his party will be resolved soon.



Speaking at a function organized by NC Tahahun District Committee in Damauli on Sunday, he said parties normally have differences of opinions and discussions saying disagreements among the leaders in his party will be resolved through consensus.[break]



In a different note, NC President Koirala said the UCPN (Maoist) now seems serious for the peace and constitution of late, and that his party was waiting to see Maoist performance.



Responding to the inquiry put forth by media persons on the Bilateral Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement (BIPPA) signed by Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai, he said he will give his reaction only after reading the agreement thoroughly.
