KATHMANDU, May 20: Delays in the timely promotions of several police officers within Nepal Police have affected the career progression of officers, ranging from the top to the lower levels.
Acting CEC Bhandari made it clear that the election code of conduct was enforced to curb fake and misleading information during the election.
