Referring to the Monday’s recommendation to the president to remove constitutional difficulties by government, NC chief Koirala said that its recommendation was made as a part of their plan a coup plot.
“Government has committed constitutional coup by running the country through ordinances,” he further blamed.
Speaking to reporters here in the district, Koirala also accused the Maoist-led government of inviting constitutional crisis in the country breaching existing rule and regulation.
A cabinet meeting held on Monday had decided to recommend the president to remove constitutional difficulties to pave the way for constitutional appointments.
The government had also decided to recommend ordinance on amending some Nepal Acts and ordinance on formation of railway board to the president for approval.
Koirala arrived here this morning to participate in a program organized by Baglung chapter of Nepal Press Union.
