He further said the election to the Constituent Assembly was impossible in present circumstance.

"Unity among all the political parties is a must to end transition," he said, adding that keeping the country in a state of indecision for long would not help protect achievements of the historic people´s movement.

The controversial decisions made by the Maoist party time and again have jeopardized nationality, democracy and social movement, leader Nepal asserted.

Another leader of the party, KP Sharma Oli, said the government was adopting a tactic to prolong the transition by sticking to power.

He was of the view that the Maoist party was working to capture state power by imposing extremism in the camouflage of a revolutionary party.

General Secretary Ishwor Pokhrel pointed out the need for the youths to continue the struggle for democracy.

Youth Association Chairman Mahesh Basnet said the Association would mount pressure on the parties for forging a national consensus and forming a new government.

On the occasion, 200 youths were welcomed to the Youth Association by senior leader Nepal.
