Gold price decreases by Rs 700

KATHMANDU, Nov. 29: Price of yellow metal has decreased today by Rs. 700 per tola in local markets.



The price of hallmark gold has been fixed at Rs. 60,800 per tola today while it was Rs. 61,500 on Wednesday, according to Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers´ Association (NEGOSIDA).



The price of hallmark gold was Rs. 61,850 per tola from Sunday till Tuesday and it was Rs. 61,500 per tola on Wednesday with a decrease of Rs. 350, said Chairman of NEGOSIDA, Tejratna Shakya.



Similarly, price of worked gold has been fixed at Rs. 60,550 per tola, which was decreased by Rs. 700 as compared to the previous day, it is learnt.



Likewise, price of silver was also decreased by Rs. 10 per tola and determined at Rs. 1,210 per tola.



The price of silver was Rs. 1,220 per tola on Wednesday, according to the NEGOSIDA.
