All five men were returned to Nepal.
“Immigration checks revealed that all the men had student visa but four of them were not studying. One man was studying but working for more than the permitted hours. All the men were detained while arrangements for their removal to Nepal were made,” said the statement.
"Too many students arriving to study at below degree level have been coming here with a view to living and working, rather than studying. We need to stop this abuse," the statement quoted Immigration Minister Damian Green as saying.
