KATHMANDU, Oct 12: Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has congratulated KP Sharma Oli on the latter's election as new prime minister of Nepal.
A press statement issued by the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu on Monday stated that Chinese Premier Li would like to cooperate with Oli to continuously push forward the Nepal-China comprehensive cooperative partnership featuring everlasting friendship to a new height.

He even said that the Chinese side will continue to provide assistance to her best capacity for Nepal's peace, stability and prosperity.
Premier Li also believed that Nepal will make new achievements in the process of maintaining national stability and promoting economic development under the leadership of Oli.
