CA endorses new constitution

Lawmakers endorse an article of the new constitution through voice vote at the Constituent Assembly meeting on Wednesday. On Wednesday evening, 507 of the 532 CA members present at the meeting voted in favor of the new constitution. (Dipesh Shrestha)
