Two people who came on a motorcycle fired five rounds targeting businessman Dinesh Mittal. However, he escaped unhurt.
Five shells of dead bullets have been recovered from the rooftop and room of Mittal, Police Inspector at the Area Police Office, Anarmani, Abichandra Rijal said.
Mittal is the first Vice-President of Elainchi Traders Federation and the President of Lions Club, Birtamod.
It may be noted at Nepali Congress cadre, Suman Prasain of Sanishchare-4 was also shot at by an unidentified group a few days ago. He is undergoing treatment in Biratnagar. RSS
